Terms & conditions for rental of holiday accommodations
Club Gozo is a trade name of Club Gozo Limited of San Antonio Triq Cens L-Gharus Ghajnsielem Gozo Malta Co. Reg. C17058 VAT 1318 9036. Club Gozo Limited is a member of the Gozo Tourism Association.
On making a Request / Reservation / Booking you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. When in doubt of any of these conditions, please ask for clarifications.
On making a reservation is not a confirmation of the booking, this is a booking request still needs to be accepted and confirm by Club Gozo.
Cancellation Policy: Refund on deposits is given if a reservation is cancelled prior to 15 days before the arrival date. No refunds after 15 days.
Registration Forms: The Clients / Guests is kindly asked to come to the Reception at San Antonio Guest House between the hours of 9:30am and 12:00pm daily to present the registration form which is available in the accommodation one day after arrival.
Maid Service: In the apartments and houses maid service is done after 7 nights. In the guest house maid service is done every other day.
Linen and Towels: Linen and towels are provided free of charge and for use within the premises only. In the apartments these are changed once a week. In the guest house the towels are changed every other day and linen once a week.
Deposit Policy: A deposit maybe requested at booking stage.
Balance of Bill: The balance is to be paid one day after arrival. Payment to be made at San Antonio Guest House between the hours of 9:30am and 12:00pm daily.
Charges: Onsite credit card charges are subject to a 2.5% service surcharge
Damage Repair: Clients / Guests are financially responsible for the costs of repairing any damage that occurs while Clients / Guests are occupying the unit. Clients / Guests specifically acknowledge that Club Gozo has the right to charge Clients / Guests credit card for any such damage.
Reporting Damage: Upon first occupying unit, Clients / Guests are responsible to immediately report any damage found. Failure to do so will make Clients / Guests financially liable to pay for repair of said damage.
Parties: Strictly no parties of any kind on the property without the written consent of Club Gozo.
Minimum Letting Period: There is a minimum letting period of four nights
Rental Period: Clients / Guests may not shorten there holiday stay, Club Gozo reserves the right to charge for the full rental period as agree at the time of the reservation / bookings.
Pets: Sorry - no pets allowed (no matter the size).
Smoking: All accommodations are non-smoking.
Arrival: Check in after 3:00pm. In the event that the Clients / Guests arrive later than the stipulated time, clients must advise us beforehand with adequate notice of time of arrival.
Departure: Check out at 10:30am
Number of Clients / Guests: Only those people registered and paying guests with “Club Gozo” may use the property. The number of Clients / Guests in the property at any point in time of the holiday cannot exceed the maximum number of people agreed at the time of the reservation.
Law and Jurisdiction Clause: In the event of controversies arising from the booking, the Maltese Law Court only can deal with the matter and Maltese law only applies. By agreeing to making a booking / reservation or authorizing the deposit payment stipulated there to be charged to your credit card, there by making the booking, this implies that “Club Gozo’s” General Terms and Conditions of Letting have been understood and have been accepted without reserve and without exception. If any of the conditions of this contract have become invalid or were invalid or if in this contract there should be a gap, the other conditions cannot be contested.
